I joined in Oct'19 and over the last 3 months, have lost 6 kgs under this programme. What I liked in this programme is I didnt starve any single time but still by careful recommendation of the dietician for the right combination of food intake, had the energy throughout the day as I am also a long distance runner who takes up running frequently. The approach was very professional and the diet plan kept changing every 2 weeks without any reminders. Questions asked was always answered promply with conviction. Cheers!!
